1. Where is my order? As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can follow the route on the carrier’s website.
2. How long does delivery take? For mainland Portugal, deliveries normally take 24 to 48 working hours after dispatch. For the Islands, expect 3 to 5 business days.
3. Do you have a physical store?At the moment, we operate exclusively online, shipping all of our stock from Portugal.
4. How should I store my Pu-erh tea?We recommend storing the tea in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, away from strong odors (such as coffee or spices).
